Instructions:

Suitable for making herbal tea

1. For a cup of tea; add 1 to 2 teaspoons herbs and pour over with boiling water. Let the herbs infuse for 10 minutes. 
2. For a teapot (1-liter); add 1 tablespoon herbs and pour over with boiling water. Let the herbs infuse for 10 minutes. 

Warning:

This product contains liquorice root; people with a high blood pressure should avoid overuse.
