Instructions:

Internal use: 

4 g a day (about 2 tsp) in a drink, smoothie, water, yogurt or dessert.

Do not use for 10 consecutive days. 

External use:

For use in, for example, homemade cosmetics.

Dissolve in a small amount of water or natural oil and / or add to face masks, scrubs, body wrap and hair mask.

Warning:

Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. 

Do not use during menstruation or intermediate blood loss.

Do not use with kidney disease.

Do not use in case of allergy.

Not suitable for childeren.
