To be used in dishes, for example bread, pastries and anise milk. Add the seeds according recipe or to taste.
Suitable for making herbal tea
Per cup of tea 1 teaspoon seeds (possibly crushed) and pour over with boiling water. Let the seeds (closed) infuse for 10 minutes.
2 to 3 cups a day.
Keep in a dry, cool and dark place and out of the reach of children.
