Tzatziki, is there a single person on this planet who doesn’t know or like it? This traditional side dish is one of the most favorites in Greece. With this easy recipe, you can make homemade tzatziki in an instant. This healthy dip is a wonderfully refreshing sauce of Greek yogurt, cucumber, and tzatziki herbs. With the right dip additionals, it will be even more delicious! Think of fresh baguette or vegetables such as carrot and bell pepper, but also meat or potatoes, for example.

- Wash the cucumber and dry it. Place the colander in the bowl (make sure if it fits) and grate the cucumber over the colander. When you have grated the cucumber, press the convex side of a spoon on the graded cucumber to squeeze out the moisture.
- Put the cucumber in the bowl and add the yogurt. Squeeze the clove of garlic and then add the tzatziki herbs. Stir well.
- Season with salt and pepper. Pour some olive oil into the tzatziki.
- Leave the tzatziki in the fridge for a few hours to allow the flavors to absorb.
