You need this:

  • Grate
  • Colander
  • bowl

This is how you make it:

  • Wash the cucumber and dry it. Place the colander in the bowl (make sure if it fits) and grate the cucumber over the colander. When you have grated the cucumber, press the convex side of a spoon on the graded cucumber to squeeze out the moisture. 
  • Put the cucumber in the bowl and add the yogurt. Squeeze the clove of garlic and then add the tzatziki herbs. Stir well.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Pour some olive oil into the tzatziki. 
  • Leave the tzatziki in the fridge for a few hours to allow the flavors to absorb.
