Cream of tartar baking powder is a mixture of cream of tartar with baking soda. It is an excellent raising agent to make a voluminous and light dough or batter. You can easily make your own self-rising flour for baking cookies, cake, apple pie or a quiche.
Mix 21 grams cream of tartar baking powder with 500 grams flour and use it for a recipe of self-rising flour.
