Delivery

Delivery:

You will receive your delivery within 1-3 working days. However, some special products can take longer to deliver. If this is the case, you can expect a delivery period of 5 working days. If a product is temporarily unavailable we will inform you about an alternative product.


Shipping costs

The shipping costs contain an amount of € 4,95 within The Netherlands. If your order has a value of € 50,00 or more, Puur & Kracht will not charge any shipping costs.


The shipping costs outside The Netherlands may be different. During your order process you can find the relevant costs or you can click here for an overview of the shipping costs within the EU countries and Non-EU countries.


Delivery per PostNL:

All orders within The Netherlands and Europe will be delivered per PostNL.


If you are not home, your parcel will be delivered to your neighbors (if possible) from Mondays until Saturdays. Or the deliverer will return the next day (except on Sundays).


If you don’t want your parcel to be delivered to your neighbors you can leave a message for Puur & Kracht above the payment button. Please mention in your message that your parcel can only be delivered to your address.


PostNL Pick-up points: 

Do you prefer to pick up your parcel yourself at one of your stores in your neighborhood? That is possible. Here you can find the instructions:

  1. Place the selected products in the shopping cart.
  2. On the checkout page, with your address details, you have the option to tick an delivery location. Please mention that you will pick up your parcel at a PostNL pick-up point and mention the name and address of your pick-up point.
  3. Complete your order. You will receive an order confirmation in your mailbox.
  4. You can pick up your parcel the next day. Please be aware that only you are allowed to pick up your order. Please remember to always bring valid identification. 

Different delivery address:

It is no problem if you require your parcel to be delivered at a different address. On the payment page you can mention the required delivery address. On this page underneath the billing address you can find a box, please click the box: “use a different billing address.” Now you can add your required address.

We understand that after you finalized your order, you would like to know the status of your delivery. Click here to track and trace your order.

 

Pick-up at Puur & Kracht:

Do you prefer to pick up your order? That’s no problem, all orders can be picked up at Puur & Kracht in Weesp. Please click here for the address.


Instructions for pick up:

  1. Add the product to the shopping cart.
  2. Above the payment button you can leave a comment for Puur & Kracht. Please mention in your comment that you will pick up the order yourself.
  3. Before finalizing your order, use the promotion code pickup. This code will waive your delivery fee.
  4. Finalize the payment and you will receive an order confirmation to your email.

You can pick up your order during store hours between 10am and 5pm and Saturdays between 12pm and 3pm.


If your product is not in stock, Puur & Kracht will contact you to provide you with a pick-update.
