Fennel Seeds from Jacob Hooy.
To be used in dishes as bread, pastries, salads, carrots, red cabbage, cucumber, tomatoes and desserts. Add the spices according recipe or to taste.
Per cup of tea add 1 to 2 teaspoon seeds and pour over with hot water. Let the seeds infuse for 10 minutes.
Drink 3 cups a day, hot or cold, between meals.
