Curcuma which is also called turmeric is a spice which is extracted from the plant Curcuma Longa. The powder has a natural odor and it easy to mix through smoothies and shakes. You can also use it as a supplement in salads, dishes and desserts.
Without artificial colorings and flavors, preservatives and sweeteners.
Once a day add 1 teaspoon (circa 2,5 grams) curcuma powder to fruit juice or yoghurt. Stir thoroughly and consume immediately.
Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding.
