We care about our products and do our best to deliver them to you in a good condition. Yet it can happen that an order gets broken during transport or that something else happened which allows you to claim on warranty. Legally, you are required to inform Puur & Kracht within two months (starting from the day of receiving the order) after notifying a defect. If the defect is within the warranty, Puur & Kracht replaces the article without any charge.

Since 15th February 2016 it is also possible for customers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. Before submitting complaints with the ODR, please ensure that it is not yet in process elsewhere, if it is not, then you may submit via http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
