Wormwood Herb from Jacob Hooy.
Per cup of tea add 1 teaspoon (1 to 1,5 g) herbs and pour over with boiling water. Or 1 tablespoon (5 to 10 g) to 1-liter boiling water. Don't sweeten the tea!
2 cups a day and drink the tea hot.
Use the wormwood 3 to 4 weeks. After a one-week break, the herb can be used again.
